Roxanne Ostlund, CPA, MBA is a partner in the firm Whittle, Ostlund, Hamilton and Associates located in the Cheyenne branch office. She has been an adjunct instructor of accounting at Northwest College, and has taught continuing education classes for CPAs throughout the United States. She has written courses in international taxation, small business and trust issues. Roxanne has served on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations.
